    Defendants in an insurance fraud trial alleged various breaches of the Charter of Rights by investigators.  Allegations of racial profiling were dismissed.  Applications to exclude real evidence based on allegations of unreasonable search and seizure were dismissed.

  • 2006 BCSC 1749 
    Insured sued for coverage of alleged vehicle theft. Claim dismissed on the basis that he had mis-declared the principal operator of the vehicle.
