Professional Background
From the inception of his practice, Mr. Brearley has worked heavily in the area of insurance defence. His experience includes acting as both defence counsel and coverage counsel in a variety of matters involving professional liability, general liability, builders risks and directors and officers errors and omissions coverage.
At Singleton Urquhart, Mr. Brearley continues to practice extensively in the insurance law area, representing clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters.
