PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Susan practices in the area of commercial real estate and financing. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate development including land acquisitions and sales, leasing and subdivisions.
Susan obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in 2001 from Simon Fraser University. She completed her law degree at the University of Alberta in 2005 and was a clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia from 2005-2006.
Susan was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007 and thereafter practiced with a large downtown law firm in the area of commercial finance until 2010. Prior to joining Singleton Urquhart LLP in 2011, Susan practiced real estate with a downtown boutique law firm.
