Professional Background
After completing a degree in Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Toronto, Veronica Rossos spent a year travelling and working in Australia. Upon her return to Canada, Ms. Rossos studied law at the University of Windsor.
Ms. Rossos was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and the British Columbia Bar in 2005. Prior to moving to Vancouver, Ms. Rossos practiced at a litigation firm in Toronto.
Upon moving to Vancouver in 2005, Ms. Rossos practiced for two years with a boutique litigation firm, primarily in the areas of professional liability defence and commercial litigation. In April 2007, Ms. Rossos joined Singleton Urquhart LLP as an Associate. In June, 2010 Ms. Rossos left Singleton Urquhart to further develop her HR and management skills as a member of the Professional Resources Group at a national law firm. In September, 2011 Ms. Rossos returned to Singleton Urquhart as an Associate.
Ms. Rossos' practice is focused on the areas of: employment law, human rights, insurance defence and commercial litigation.
