Professional Background
Christa Cordick graduated from the University of Victoria in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
Before entering law school at the University of British Columbia, Ms. Cordick was a paralegal and had worked for both private law firms and the provincial Ministry of Attorney General. After graduating in 2004, she articled with a boutique litigation firm where she specialized in insurance defence, including ICBC and disability claims and personal injury.
Ms. Cordick was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005 and has appeared as counsel in both Small Claims and the Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She joined Singleton Urquhart in 2005 and focuses her practice on insurance defence claims.
