Professional Background
Shala’s interest in the legal profession developed during her time at Simon Fraser University. She continued on to Vancouver Community College where she earned her Paralegal Studies Certificate in 2005. Shala specializes in large complex files regarding professional liability, construction law and insurance defence. She is also knowledgeable on electronic discovery and electronic document exchange practices. In addition, Shala has prepared and taught seminars to our associates and support staff on the management of large scale and complex files, the organization of evidence, and the rules regarding Document Discovery.
