Singleton Reynolds continues to strengthen its focus on student recruitment and professional development by announcing Kristy Foreman as the Firm’s new Director of Student Recruitment and Professional Development.

Kristy is a skilled recruitment and development leader with experience in all aspects of legal talent management and career development. She is regularly praised for her strategic insights on developing programs that connect individual passions to legal practices which help clients and lawyers achieve their aspirations.

As chair of our Professional Services Committee, Kristy will oversee the direction of our student and associate recruitment practices, our mentorship and career development programs, and our brand initiatives with law schools across Canada. She will also collaborate with our knowledge management team to develop and continuously contribute to legal resources.

Kristy’s addition to the Firm marks another milestone in Singleton Reynolds’ drive to offer its lawyers great support so they can focus on what they do best – provide legal advice to clients. We want to attract students and laterals, and have our own lawyers flourish in an environment that’s entrepreneurial and nimble, and practice within a framework whereby they are supported and free to develop their practice. Having Kristy on-board cements this approach.
