Singleton Reynolds is delighted to announce the arrival of Kathryn Kirkpatrick to our Toronto office as Counsel.

Kathryn is an experienced litigator in the Construction and Infrastructure and Insurance Practice Group. Her extensive experience includes representing large institutional, private and municipal clients in diverse civil proceedings.

She has represented clients in claims involving large multi-party construction projects; malicious prosecution, false arrest, negligent investigation, assault and breach of Charter rights; negligent roadway design and maintenance; municipal housing; defamation; and occupiers’ liability. Her clients include: architects, engineers, brokers, police officers, nursing homes and Children’s Aid Societies, in professional negligence matters.

Kathryn has provided written and oral advocacy at all levels of court including trials, appeals and contested motions. She has also represented clients in a wide range of alternative dispute resolution including mediations.
