We are delighted to announce the arrival of Edward Lynde to our Toronto office.
Edward Lynde is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group.
He has advised and acted on behalf of all types of construction related entities, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants and has provided legal advice and services on a wide variety of construction projects at all stages, from tender and procurement and contract negotiation, review, and drafting to project advisement concurrent to the execution of the work as well as disputes during and after completion, including litigation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
Types of disputes include construction lien, trust, contract, negligence, and delay claims.
Edward has also assisted clients with the preparation of contract documents for a wide variety of construction projects, including bespoke contracts, customization of standard form documents and procurement documents.
