Alana Dale-Johnson is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate Commercial Group and Chair of the Wills and Estates Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.

Alana’s practice focuses on corporate commercial structuring and transactions for businesses of all sizes and types. She specializes in incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and purchases and sales of businesses. She also offers clients comprehensive wills and estate planning services.
