Ben is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Insurance and Workplace Law Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.
He has a general commercial litigation practice with a focus on commercial and workplace disputes, insurance defence, and construction litigation.
Ben is involved in resolving contractual and tort based claims both in and out of court, and strives to provide practical advice and focused advocacy to his clients throughout the litigation process.
He has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as in mediations and settlement negotiations.
