Professional Background

Cheryl Labiris is an Associate in our Construction and Infrastructure Group. She has a broad construction litigation law practice with experience relating to both insurance and coverage issues, as well as breach of trust, delay and construction lien claims. She has acted for architects, engineers, designers and consultants in a wide range of disputes. Cheryl also has experience assisting senior counsel with large, complex public infrastructure claims.

During her articles, Cheryl had full carriage of matters and made frequent appearances before the Small Claims Court and the Ontario Court of Justice.
