Professional Background

Daniel is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation, Construction and Infrastructure, and Entertainment Law Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.  He maintains a general civil litigation practice with experience relating to a broad range of disputes, with an emphasis in media law.

He has been involved in resolving contractual and tort-based claims, intellectual property matters, and disputes relating to construction deficiencies and delay.  Dan strives to deliver practical, interest-based dispute resolution by providing his clients with pragmatic and insightful advice that is tailored to their circumstances.

Daniel has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Residential Tenancy Branch, as well as in mediation and settlement negotiations.
