With 25 years of experience, she provides independent Paralegal support on all types of commercial and residential real estate transactions for lenders, purchasers and vendors.
Her experience also includes foreclosure/collections/receivership transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions of asset or share purchases, buying and selling of businesses and corporate services, such as incorporations, corporate re-organizations and share structures.
