Professional Background

Emira Bouhafna is an Associate in our Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group.

Emira has represented clients and assisted senior counsel in matters involving complex construction disputes, construction liens and other commercial matters, including court proceedings, for a wide variety of construction industry clients.

Emira’s practice is informed by her extensive experience having full carriage of files and appearing in court across Ontario over the course of her articles, including Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court. Emira has also advocated for clients before various administrative boards and tribunals.

Emira is fluent in both English and French.
