Professional Background

Gillian Crouch is an Associate in our Wills and Estates Practice Group. She advises clients on estate and incapacity planning matters and helps clients navigate the estate administration process.

Gill works closely with a variety of professional advisors, including tax specialists and corporate solicitors, to prepare and implement succession and wealth transfer plans. In her practice, she regularly prepares wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, investment beneficiary designations, and trust materials. Gill also provides support to clients taking on the onerous task of estate administration, whether it be by obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration, administering estates and trusts, distributing assets, or passing accounts.

Gill’s clients are varied and include new parents, separating spouses, small business owners, and persons appointed as executor in a will or seeking to be appointed executor or administrator of an estate. As many of her clients are elderly or infirm, Gill regularly attends hospitals, care facilities, and homes to ensure that clients are able to prepare and finalize necessary documents and are doing so in an environment that works best for them.
