Professional Background

Gillian Crouch is an Associate in our Wills and Estates Practice Group and a member of the corporate commercial group.

Gill’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, ranging from preparing standard estate planning documents, drafting various trusts, and effecting estate-planned reorganizations. Her practice also extends to estate administration. She advises executors and trustees through the stages of managing a deceased’s estate and assists them in taking on the tasks of estate administration.

Gill regularly attends hospitals, care facilities, and homes to ensure that clients are able to prepare and finalize necessary documents and are doing so in an environment that works best for them.

Gill provides a compassionate and organized approach to her clients’ estate needs, and works closely with them to achieve their planning goals or to assist them in navigating an estate after death.

  • Acted for an executor to effect changes to the testator’s wishes after death and advising on multiple trust accounts.
