Harpreet is Counsel in the Commercial Business, Construction and Infrastructure and Insurance Law Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She boasts a broad range of experience in civil litigation and has represented clients involved in business disputes, breach of contract and negligence claims, insurance claims, professional liability and product liability cases, and complex construction-related matters.

Harpreet has developed a niche practice in defending complaints made against professionals to their regulatory bodies. She has represented professionals and negotiated resolutions with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners & Acupuncturists of British Columbia and Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Harpreet has also represented immigration consultants against complaints before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

With over 12 years of litigation experience, Harpreet has acquired vast expertise in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution and represented clients at trials, arbitrations and mediations. She has achieved successful results at all levels of Court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Yukon.
