Professional Background

Harpreet Dosanjh is an Associate and a member of the Commercial Business Litigation and Construction and Infrastructure Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.

She provides legal opinions on contract disputes and breach of contract cases to various clients, including real estate firms, manufacturers, and members of the entertainment industry. Harpreet advises on construction disputes, such as delay, deficiency and surety claims. She regularly prepares for and attends court proceedings, negotiations, arbitrations and meditations for a wide variety of construction industry clients, including contractors, developers, and engineers, as well as crown corporations and business owners. She has also defended personal injury matters and represents various crown entities, companies, and professionals in negligence and Occupiers’ Liability disputes.
