Professional Background

Harpreet Dosanjh is an Associate and a member of the Commercial Business Litigation and Construction and Infrastructure Practice Groups of Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She provides legal opinions on contract disputes and breach of contract cases to various clients, including real estate firms, manufacturers, and members of the entertainment industry.  Harpreet also advises on construction disputes including delay and deficiency claims, and surety claims.  She regularly provides input on court proceedings, negotiation, arbitration and meditations for a wide variety of construction industry clients, such as contractors, developers, project managers and engineers. Throughout her career, she has also defended personal injury matters and represents business owners, crown corporations and various companies in negligence and Occupiers’ Liability disputes.

Harpreet has appeared and had successful results at all levels of court in British Columbia, and before the Supreme Court of Yukon.  In her alternative dispute resolution practice, she has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements.

Harpreet speaks fluent English and Punjabi and is conversational in Hindi.
