Professional Background

Jim Craig is a Paralegal in the Insurance group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. He has worked in the insurance field for over 40 years and has performed a number of roles – Claims Adjudicator, Rehabilitation Counselor, Office Manager and Litigation Case Manager.

He is well-versed in both disability claims management and litigation management. He has managed litigation cases through to trial, and has attended discoveries and mediations. Jim has instructed counsel at all levels. Through numerous cases and trials, he has honed his skills as a negotiator. He is also a realist when it comes to reaching a resolution on difficult claims, both litigated and non-litigated.
