Professional Background

Kailey is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation, Construction and Infrastructure Law, Workplace Law, and Professional Liability Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with experience relating to a wide range of disputes.

Kailey has been involved in contract and tort claims, business and workplace disputes, and claims against various types of professionals. During her articles with the firm, Kailey gained valuable experience assisting senior counsel with trials, arbitrations, and mediations on a variety of legal issues. Kailey strives to find creative solutions to legal problems and help clients achieve the best results possible.

Kailey has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
