Professional Background

Kaitlin is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She maintains a broad civil litigation practice with a particular focus on commercial, business, and insurance litigation.

Kaitlin obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. After completing her articles at the firm, Kaitlin completed a judicial clerkship at the Supreme Court of British Columbia where she clerked for six justices.

During her articles, Kaitlin gained valuable trial experience in both construction and insurance law. In addition to advocating for clients in court, she has assisted senior counsel with matters proceeding by alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration, and she has drafted pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, and memoranda on a wide variety of legal issues.

Kaitlin has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the Provincial Court of Alberta.
