Makaela Peters is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial and Workplace Law Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.

Makaela assists clients in corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience in drafting a range of corporate documents and commercial agreements. She also has experience with workplace law, including issues of wrongful dismissal, drafting employment contracts, and advising on human rights issues.
