Zach Flemming-Giannotti is an Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.
He provides advice to a variety of clients on construction and infrastructure matters, including public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Zach has advised clients with respect to: transportation infrastructure projects, including major highway construction; multi-unit mixed-use developments; multi-site environmental remediation; subdivision developments; and various commercial retrofitting projects. Zach has experience assisting clients with contract negotiations, deficiency disputes and remediation, delay claims, and payment disputes.
Zach has represented clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitral proceedings, and court proceedings. Zach has argued matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada as co-counsel. Although Zach works diligently to resolve clients’ disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, he is a powerful advocate for his clients in court proceedings when required.
Prior to joining the team at Singleton Reynolds Urquhart Vogel LLP, Zach maintained a construction law and commercial litigation practice at a leading regional law firm in eastern Ontario.
