Delia Greco brings her litigation experience as an Assistant Crown Attorney to the firm. Her practice will focus on construction and infrastructure, as well as commercial business litigation. Delia’s expertise in government, regulatory and legislative processes will inform her public policy practice.
As the former Chief of Staff to Ontario’s Attorney General, Delia oversaw the review of the Construction Lien Act, working closely with industry and stakeholders to reform Ontario’s construction laws. She was also instrumental in developing Ontario’s response to the legalization of cannabis and establishing its regulatory regime.
Delia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations before completing her law degree at the University of Windsor.
Gillian Crouch will enrich our Wills and Estates Group with her proficiency in estate administration and incapacity planning.
Gillian joins us after four years as a wills and estate lawyer in a mid-sized B.C. law firm, and divides her time between practising law and her roles as Board Member at the Roundhouse Community Centre and Volunteer at Dying with Dignity Canada.
With both a Master of Arts from Kings College London and law degree from the University of British Columbia, Gillian brings a uniquely diverse skill set to the firm.
Webnesh Haile will add her skills and experience to our Construction and Infrastructure Group. She has a broad construction law practice and has acted for owners, concessionaires, sureties, developers, engineers, contractors and sub-contractors at various stages of project development and execution.
Webnesh summered, articled and was engaged as an associate practicing construction law at a national law firm prior to joining Singleton Reynolds.
