Singleton Reynolds is pleased to announce the arrival of our new Associate, Nicholas Reynolds.
Nicholas is an associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Law Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. He has experience assisting senior counsel in a wide variety of matters, including construction, bankruptcy and insolvency, insurance coverage and defence, breach of trust, family law, and unjust enrichment claims, as well as commercial arbitration and labour arbitration.
He has acted for owners, general contractors, subtrades and consultants in a wide range of construction-related disputes, including multi-jurisdictional and quasi-criminal matters in respect of breach of contract and breach of trust claims.
During his articles, Nicholas maintained full carriage of matters and made frequent appearances before the Small Claims Court, including running a trial.
Nicholas holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees, as well as a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws, from the University of Toronto.
