Singleton Reynolds is pleased to announce the arrival of our new Associate, Heather Michel.

Heather Michel is an Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. Heather is accustomed to dealing with contentious and complex construction matters, and has experience representing and advising clients with respect to liens, trusts, delays, and professional negligence both in court proceedings and through the use of  alternative dispute resolution methods. She also regularly reviews and advises clients with respect to construction contracts and design professional agreements.

She has represented owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario..

Heather currently serves on the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association, Construction and Infrastructure Section as Newsletter Editor, and is a member of the Toronto Construction Association’s Allied Committee.
