We are excited to announce the arrival of three new team members – Simon Cox, Tali Green and Dorothy Chu.

Simon Cox has joined our Construction and Infrastructure group in our Toronto Office.

He has experience in a variety of areas, including construction, insurance defence and coverage issues, contractual disputes and civil appeals. He is also familiar with methods of alternative dispute resolution and traditional litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Simon was an Associate at a Toronto litigation boutique where he made frequent appearances before the Superior Court of Justice.

Tali Green is a member of our Commercial Litigation and Construction and Infrastructure groups in our Toronto Office.

She has had full carriage of a variety of litigation files including appeals, real estate disputes, mortgage enforcement actions, and breach of contract and negligence matters.

Tali gained varied and complex litigation experience while articling at a global full service law firm and as an Associate in a boutique firm focused on commercial and construction litigation.

Dorothy has joined the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group in addition to the Corporate Commercial group  in our Vancouver Office.

She has experience in a wide array of commercial and residential real estate, including subdivisions, leasing, conveyancing, financing, and various ownership structures.

Dorothy is focused on helping her clients achieve the deals they want through a collaborative approach. Dorothy has worked closely with developers through different stages of real estate development.

She is also experienced in helping clients buy and sell business, incorporating companies, and corporate governance for both companies and societies.
