Casey Dheensaw is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.
He has a general civil litigation practice with a focus on commercial and property disputes, insurance defence, and professional liability. Casey has been involved with resolving contractual and property disputes, bodily injury claims, bad faith claims, and questions of insurance coverage, and he strives to provide practical and solution-focussed advice at all stages of the litigation process.
He has also represented clients in settlement negotiations, mediation, and trials in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Casey has worked as a volunteer advocate with Access Pro Bono, representing individuals in front of the Mental Health Review Board, and also represented low-income individuals in criminal trials through a free legal clinic.
