Professional Background

Casey completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria in 2018. Prior to attending law school, Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria.

While at law school, Casey spent a semester working at The Law Centre, a free legal clinic for low-income individuals, representing multiple clients in criminal trials in the Provincial Court of British Columbia. He also represented clients in front of the Mental Health Review Board as a volunteer advocate for Access Pro Bono. Casey worked as a research assistant, helping update a textbook on personal injury remedies. He also represented the University of Victoria in the 2017 Gale Cup Moot.
