As well, Helmut will be chairing and speaking at the International Bar Association Annual Conference in Washington, DC in September. In May, both Helmut and John Singleton spoke at the BCAMI Symposium on International Commercial Dispute Resolution and, in June, they made presentations at the Pacific Business and Law Institute’s program on major projects in the construction industry.
