Claire has a broad civil litigation practice, with a focus on real estate litigation. She is a member of our commercial litigation, insurance, commercial property and professional liability groups. Her clients include commercial and residential landlords and property managers, real estate owners and developers, corporate stakeholders, and a wide variety of regulated professionals. She has appeared before a number of administrative tribunals, all levels of court in British Columbia, and has assisted in matters before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Darren’s practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, estate administration and adult capacity issues. He has represented beneficiaries, executors and trustees in a diverse range of disputes or circumstances requiring court intervention. He also defends insured liability claims, and he represents automobile insurers in claims brought against their insureds in British Columbia.
