Singleton Reynolds is pleased to announce that Ben Clarke and Kathleen Renaud have joined the firm as Associates in our Construction and Commercial Litigation groups.

Ben Clarke has a general commercial litigation practice with a focus on commercial and workplace disputes, insurance defence, and construction litigation. Ben is involved in resolving contractual and tort based claims both in an out of court, and strives to provide practical advice and focused advocacy to his clients throughout the litigation process. He has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as in mediations and settlement negotiations.

Kathleen’s practice is litigation-focused with an emphasis on construction, tort, and entertainment law. She has assisted senior counsel with multi-party litigation, arbitrations, and mediations. She has represented clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
