Professional Background

Lindsay Hiemstra is an Associate in the Commercial & Business Litigation and Entertainment Law Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.

During her articles with the firm, Lindsay gained experience representing clients at mediation and appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She also gained experience representing clients in Residential Tenancy Branch disputes.

Lindsay received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2023. During her studies, Lindsay volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) as a student clinician and became a clinic head. She also completed a legal externship with the Rise Women’s Legal Centre, where she provided pro bono family law services to women in need.
