Daniel Babcock is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with experience relating to a wide range of disputes.
Daniel has been involved in contractual and tort related claims involving bodily injury, contract interpretation, and general questions of insurance coverage. Daniel provides clients with practical, efficient, and comprehensive advice and strives to help clients achieve the best results possible at all stages of the litigation process.
Daniel has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as in settlement negotiations and other pre-trial processes to resolve disputes before trial.
