Professional Background

Stephen Hinds is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience in a variety of industries. Throughout his career, he has led teams through organizational change initiatives while preserving high employee engagement and/or increasing efficiency. As a business leader, Stephen strives to demonstrate how the Human Resources function can help organizations be more effective by ensuring its people practices are aligned with its business objectives.

Stephen holds an MA in Organizational Conflict Analysis and Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and both CPHR and CHRL designations. Stephen currently holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
