Professional Background

Audrey Warner is Counsel in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She is focused on construction litigation, where she represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors. Audrey also acts for architects and engineers in the area of professional negligence.

She excels in strategizing the resolution of numerous types of claims, including construction lien claims, negligence claims, delay claims, as well as general contract review and claims. Audrey also frequently reviews construction contract documents and provides advice to clients on contract administration, and negotiates and drafts Requests for Tenders and Proposals. She has depth of experience in drafting pleadings and memoranda, as well as in mediations, examinations for discovery, settlement negotiations, motions and trials.

Audrey has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. She has authored and presented numerous papers in the area of construction law and has been featured in many publications. In her spare time, Audrey mentors high school and university students interested in pursuing careers in the legal profession.
