Professional Background

Casey Smith (he/him/his) is an Associate and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.

He has a wide range of experience in his nearly ten years of practice, having practiced in North Vancouver for over seven years before joining a mid-sized firm in downtown Vancouver. He focuses on providing practical and efficient solutions to the legal issues facing his clients.

Casey acts for a variety of clients on real estate development matters. In addition, he represents buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. He has also represented lenders, both institutional and private, and borrowers in mortgage finance transactions. In addition, Casey regularly advises both landlords and tenants regarding commercial leasing matters.
