Chelsea Bailey is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.

Chelsea advises clients on legal matters ranging from commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, to non-profit housing, property development and financial transactions for lenders and borrowers. She has a particular focus on assisting governmental institutions in the development and financing of social and supportive housing.

Chelsea takes a keen interest in understanding her clients’ requirements so that she can tailor solutions to achieve the best desired outcome using a common-sense approach.

Prior to joining Singleton, Chelsea practiced law in Australia for a number of years, gaining experience in the areas of commercial real estate and property development. She has worked with a broad range of clients, including a range of institutional and private property developers, corporate advisory clients, and lending institutions in relation to property transactions and general real property matters.
