Rachel Poon is an Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure, and Commercial and Business Litigation Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP, where she maintains a broad construction litigation practice with experience relating to a wide range of disputes for large-scale infrastructure projects, including particularly mass transit systems.
Prior to joining as an Associate, Rachel summered and articled with the firm. She gained valuable experience in both traditional litigation and alternative forms of dispute resolution including complex claims involving public infrastructure projects. She has also assisted senior counsel in guiding subject matter experts through the dispute resolution process.
Prior to law school, Rachel worked in various municipal, regional, and provincial government offices in the area of urban planning.
