Professional Background

Roger is a Partner at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP and Co-Chair of the Corporate Commercial Group, which he has helped build during his two decades with the firm. He specializes in reorganizations, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, succession planning, commercial lending and borrowing, and commercial leases. A member of the bar in both British Columbia and Ontario, he offers extensive experience in negotiating and drafting documents relating to asset purchase agreements; franchise deals; software, publishing and licensing agreements and construction contracts.

Roger Holland has a long track record of helping startups flourish and assisting larger companies enhance their value through mergers or acquisitions. He is known for his dedicated focus on clients’ needs and his proactive approach in delivering the information they require.

Outside of the firm, Roger spends his time with his wife and twins, volunteering on four not-for-profit boards, performing hits from the 1990s with his rock band, and staying fit on his bike and at the gym.
