Professional Background

Roger Holland is a Partner and co-chair of the corporate commercial group.  As a corporate/commercial solicitor, Roger assists his clients with:

  • corporate reorganizations
  • acquisitions
  • shareholders agreements
  • estate planning
  • commercial lending and borrowing
  • acquisition of commercial real estate

He has overseen the incorporation, restoration, windup, dissolution and amalgamation of numerous businesses. He provides counsel regarding compliance with privacy laws.

In addition to advising his clients, Roger negotiates and drafts related documents including:

  • franchise agreements
  • agreements involving the development, distribution, licensing and assignment of computer software
