Stephen Hinds joins Singleton as the head of Human Resources. Stephen brings several years Human Resources Management experience in various industries including legal services. He has led teams through both large and small scale organizational change initiatives while preserving high employee engagement or increasing efficiency.

As a leader within the Human Resources Management field, Stephen strives to demonstrate how the Human Resources function can serve as a business partner to help organizations be more effective by ensuring its people practices are aligned with its business objectives. Stephen is also a strong believer that the ability to have fun coupled with a healthy sense of humor goes a long way in any organization and strives to live by these words every day.

Throughout his career, Stephen has developed and facilitated programs on leadership development, performance management, recruitment, employee recognition and conflict management.

Stephen holds an M.A. in Organizational Conflict Analysis and Management along with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and his CPHR designation.
