Singleton Reynolds is pleased to announce that Daniel Babcock, Izabella Chamberland, Makaela Peters and Warren Scrooby have joined the firm as Associates.

Daniel Babcock is joining the firm as an Associate on September 18th, and will work with our Commercial Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups in our Vancouver office. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with experience relating to a wide range of disputes.

Izabella Chamberland is an Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group in our Toronto office. She has experience in addressing infrastructure and public-private partnership disputes, property issues and contractual disagreements. She drafts arbitration submissions, assists with alternative dispute proceedings and works with the team to try to obtain favorable settlement agreements.

Makaela Peters is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Workplace Law, and Professional Liability Practice Groups in our Vancouver office. She has assisted senior counsel in a wide variety of claims in both traditional litigation and alternative forms of dispute resolution. She has a general commercial litigation practice with a focus on commercial and workplace disputes, insurance defence, and professional liability.

Warren Scrooby is an Associate and a member of the Construction and Infrastructure and Commercial Business Litigation Practice Groups in our Vancouver office. Warren practiced in South Africa for ten years prior to arriving in Canada, during which time he specialized in construction law and commercial business litigation. Warren brings with him a wealth of experience and has acted for owners, general contractors, subtrades and consultants in a wide range of construction-related disputes.
