Warren Scrooby is an Associate and a member of the Construction and Infrastructure, Insurance and Commercial Business Litigation Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. He provides solution-focused advice designed to resolve legal disputes efficiently and effectively.

Warren’s litigation practice focuses on insurance defence with an emphasis on construction, professional liability and disability-related claims. He is skilled in resolving multi-party disputes and has represented owners, general contractors, subtrades and consultants in a wide range of construction-related disputes.  He also provides advice to insurers on coverage-related disputes, and represents insurers and their insureds in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle claims.

Warren practiced law in South Africa for over ten years prior to arriving in Canada, during which time he specialized in construction law and commercial business litigation.
