Zach Flemming-Giannotti is an Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group. He provides advice to a variety of clients on construction and infrastructure matters, including public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

 

 

 

Kaitlin KueflerKaitlin Kuefler completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria in 2018 is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She maintains a broad civil litigation practice with a particular focus on commercial, business, and insurance litigation.

 

 

 

 

Jae-Yeon Lim is an Associate in the Workplace Law Practice Group, specializing in immigration. She facilitates the mobility of individuals from other countries to Canada, whether for short-term or long-term assignments, and represents various Canadian employers in diverse industries, ranging from family-owned enterprises to high-tech companies.

 

 

 

Quinlan Winton is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial Practice Group. He assists clients in a broad range of matters including commercial agreements, board governance, and corporate structuring.

Parveen Sehra is the Director of Professional Resources at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds LLP. She leads the student program for summer and articling students, including recruitment, engagement, and professional development. She is skilled in helping young professionals develop and has a broad range of experience within the legal industry.
