Zach Flemming-Giannotti is an Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group. He provides advice to a variety of clients on construction and infrastructure matters, including public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
Kaitlin Kuefler is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She maintains a broad civil litigation practice with a particular focus on commercial, business, and insurance litigation.
Jae-Yeon Lim is an Associate in the Workplace Law Practice Group, specializing in immigration. She facilitates the mobility of individuals from other countries to Canada, whether for short-term or long-term assignments, and represents various Canadian employers in diverse industries, ranging from family-owned enterprises to high-tech companies.
