Professional Background

Denene is a senior corporate Paralegal in the Business Law Group with over thirty years of experience as both a legal administrative assistant and a Paralegal. Prior to joining Singleton Reynolds in 2015 she worked in several international law firms in Vancouver and the Cayman Islands.

With a focus primarily on corporate law, she has extensive experience in the areas of corporate governance, incorporations, amalgamations, securities transactions and general corporate matters.
