Sonya Knechtel is a paralegal in the Corporate Commercial Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She focuses on corporate law, including incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, corporate governance, general corporate matters, and securities transactions.
She brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having worked with both a national and a mid-size regional firm. Sonya has also worked with public companies reporting on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the TSX Venture Exchange, and the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
Sonya is passionate about problem solving and brings a strong knowledge base in computer technology to the firm.
